Identity verification and background check (Pet Sitters)
This may include information such as Pet Sitter’s history or criminal record (where permitted by law), license, current address, known aliases, and right to work. This information may be collected by an authorized third party on Woofmeets’ behalf.
Because we enable our users to communicate with each other through our services; for example, we enable Pet Sitters and Pet Owners, to text, call or send other files to each other (generally without disclosing their telephone numbers to each other). To provide this service, Woofmeets receives some data regarding the texts, calls, or other communications, including the date and time of such communications and the content of such communications. Woofmeets may also use this data for customer support services (including to resolve disputes between users), for safety and security purposes, to improve our services and features, and for analytics.
"Anonymous/Aggregated Data" means data that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information; Anonymous Data does not, by itself, permit the identification of individual persons.
We collect Personal Information, Anonymous Data and a few other categories of information, from a few different sources, as described below:

To create and service your user account on the service and to enable certain functionalities for your use on our Services.

For example, a Pet Sitter may call or message a Pet Owner to confirm a booking or pick-up location, a Pet Owner may contact a Pet Sitter to retrieve a lost item.
Fraud detection and prevention: Increase and maintain the safety and security of our products and services, community and prevent misuse. We use personal information to detect and prevent fraud and abuse in order to protect us and ensure the safety of our users, Woofmeets, and others. We also use collected information to protect against, identify theft and prevent fraud and other criminal activity, claims and other liabilities
Provide, troubleshoot, and improve Woofmeets Services: We use your personal information to understand, diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix issues with the Woofmeets Services.
